Below you’ll find answers to our most frequently asked questions about our ordering processing on design your sign.
What if I'm not happy with the preview?
We do our very best to provide our customers with an accurate representation of the final product. If you're not happy with our live preview system and you require some tweaks that's not a problem! The best way to move forward is to place the order with us and contact us and we can make the adjustments you require directly to your order. With each order, there is a free 20-minute design service we provide. If we decide that tweaks will take longer than this, there may be a small additional charge. Please also note that preview of the sign does not necessarily represent the end product that you will receive and should be used as a guideline only, however, we will endeavour to make this as close to the preview as we possibly can.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship outside of the UK to most of Europe. Please note it can take up to 15 working days for your sign to arrive. If you have a strict deadline for a delivery date, feel free to contact us and we can try and accommodate your requirements.
How long will it take to receive my item?
With our standard free shipping we aim to delivery all our orders within 10 working days for all orders shipped to the UK. If you are looking to receive your sign sooner we do offer a Fast Track service for customers in the UK. The Fast Track service is not available through the checkout system, so please contact us with the products you require and the dates you need them for more information.
International shipping can take up to 15 working days to arrive.
All orders are sent via a next working day trackable service so if you’d like to know the status of your order feel free to contact us.
What if I would like to return my item?
Unfortunately as we offer a fully bespoke service and your sign has been tailored to your exact specifications and as such we cannot accept returns for your order.
What if my item is damaged upon arrival?
If you have received your item and it is damaged please contact a member of our customer service team by either emailing us on email@example.com or calling us on 01207 262323 .
